BOSU with Insanity Drills

Instructor: Laurie Marquardt

Class Description: This class consists of aerobic, balance, core, reactive and agility drills which helps establish and reinforce stability and core strength. Level 2

 

Cardio BOSU/Step

Instructor: Laurie Marquardt

Time: Mondays @ 9:15am   Free  (1 hour)
Class Description: This popular class includes aerobic, balance, core along with upper body toning, which helps establish and reinforce stability and core strength. Level 1

 

Jane Fonda Weighted Legs

Instructor: Laurie Marquardt

Time: Tuesdays @ 9:15am   Free  (1 hour)
Class Description: Check out this new class guaranteed to make you smile! Strap on the ankle weights and go back in time to relive a great era of aerobics and leg conditioning. Level 1

 

Heated Power Yoga

Instructor: Laurie Marquardt

Time: Saturdays @ 9:00am   Cost: $10  (1 hour 15 mins)

Class Description:  Power Yoga is an intermediate to advanced athletic style yoga concentrating on core and stacking moves with some inversions. Level 2-3

 

Stiff Man Yoga

Instructor: Laurie Marquardt

Time: Wednesdays @ 6:00pm  $10 (1 hour)

Class Description: Fun and social class with a focus on basic stretching to keep in condition for golf and life.  This class improves balance and flexibility.

 

Weighted Bars

Instructor: Laurie Marquardt

Time: Wednesdays @ 9:15am   Free   (45 mins)

Class Description: A nonstop, focused, segmented strength training class which alternates between upper and lower body using a weighted bar. Multilevel

 

Gentle Yoga

Instructor: Dawn Rauscher

Time: Thursdays @ 12:00pm  $10 (1 hour)

Class Description: This is a beginning, non-heated yoga class that focuses on basic stretching with lots of instruction. For those who have never tried yoga or think other yoga classes are too strenuous, this is the class for you!

 

Pilates

Instructor: Romy Barbato

Time: Fridays @ 9:15am Complimentary for month of May (1 hour)

Description: Romy is a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer. Her Pilates education is through STOTT, which is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Romy looks forward to helping clients use Pilates to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. The exercises can be adapted to many different body types and abilities.
