MEMBERSHIP TYPES

NON-EQUITY MEMBERSHIPS

 

Family, Non-Equity Membership Entitles Member Family to unlimited use of the golf course, clubhouse, golf simulators, fitness center, tennis, and pool facilities. Option to convert to an Equity Membership at any time if one is available.

Single, Non-Equity Golf Membership
Entitles Single Member to unlimited use of the golf course, clubhouse, golf simulators, fitness center, tennis courts and pool facilities. This Membership type is offered on a limited basis. 

​

Corporate, Non-Equity Membership
Entitles three designees and their Family from the same Corporation to unlimited use of the golf course, clubhouse, golf simulators, fitness center, tennis and pool facilities. 

​

Social/Sport, Non-Equity Membership
Entitles Member Family to unlimited use of the clubhouse facilities and fitness center, along with the pool & tennis courts. Limited use of the golf course may also be available. This Membership type is offered on a limited basis.

Clubhouse, Non-Equity Membership
Entitles Member Family to unlimited use of the clubhouse facilities. Option to upgrade to another Membership category at any time if one is available.

EQUITY MEMBERSHIPS

Resident, Equity Membership
Entitles Member Family to unlimited use of the golf course, clubhouse, golf simulators, fitness center, tennis, and pool facilities. To qualify for this Membership your residence is located within the Cobblestone Creek Community.

Non-Resident, Equity Membership
Entitles Member Family to unlimited use of the golf course, clubhouse, golf simulators, fitness center, tennis, and pool facilities. To qualify for this Membership your residence is not located within the Cobblestone Creek Community.
